摘    要:通过二维典型截面简化模具的三维结构,建立了注塑模典型截面温度场的边界积分方程,并利用边界元法通过分别对动模和定模进行传热分析,根据分型面边界相容性条件进行耦合,最终求出型腔表面温度场的数值解。最后通过实例分析了影响型腔温度的各种因素,也验证了文中算法的正确性与有效性。

Abstract:A boundary integral formulation was established to analyze the typical-section temperature field of injection mold by simplifying three dimentional mold configuration to two dimentional one. Heat-transfer analysis was applied to mobile plate and solid plate by using boundary element method respectively, and coupled on the basis of compatibility conditions imposed over the cavity surface. As a result, a numerical solution of cavity surface temperature was given. An example was demonstrated to illustrate the correctness and effectiveness of the numerical method as well as to analyze the factors influencing mold cavity temperature.
