Arroyo Optics, a flexible wavelength management solution manufacturer, and Lightcross Inc, a manufacturer of integrated, silicon-based optical products for telecoms equipment have agreed to merge. Arroyo Optics, the resulting company, will comprise technologies and products developed with over $50m of combined R&D capital provided by private equity investors.
