| 摘 要： | 目的观察食管微量射频治疗胃食管反流病(gastroesophageal reflux disease,GERD)伴随咽喉部症状的疗效。方法选择2006年4月～2007年7月于我中心就诊的行射频治疗的GERD 370例。治疗前后对咽喉部症状进行统计分析。结果 370例GRED中有199例(53.8%)伴有咽喉部症状,包括咽喉部异物感、咽喉部发痒、咽喉部发紧、声音嘶哑,咽痛、清嗓及其他症状。治疗后除其他症状外,不同咽部症状评分均低于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。134例(67.3%)治疗有效,不同咽喉部症状显效率33.3%～49.4%,缓解率13.0%～18.5%,无效率33.1%～52.2%。结论 GERD可以引起咽喉部症状,食管微量射频治疗疗效确切。
