程序升温溶剂热法制备ZrO2及结构表征

摘    要:采用溶胶—凝胶结合程序升温溶剂热法制备了光催化材料ZrO2,通过XRD、N2吸附-脱附、TPD、SEM等检测手段对其组成、结构及其表面物理化学性质进行了表征。结果表明.合成材料的品型结构良好,孔径分机较均匀.为纳米孔结构(3.7nm).且比表面积显著增大(130.4m^2/g)。

Preparation of photocatalytic material ZrO2 by hydrothermal treatment

Abstract:The solid material ZrO2 was prepared temperature method. XRD, N2 adsorption, SEM by the methods of the Sol-gel and hydrothermal treatment at a lower and TPD were used to characterize the composition, structure and surface physicochemical properties of the as-prepared photocatalytic material. The results indicated that the composite exhibited nanoporous structures ( the average pore diameter was ca. 3.7 nm ), and that of large surface area was 130.4 m^2/g.
