摘    要:裂尖张开角度(CTOA)作为天然气管道延性裂纹扩展、止裂预测的重要参数,是当前天然气工业的研究重点。目前CTOA定义都以试验测量结果为基础,较常用的是以距瞬时裂尖后部特定距离处裂纹两侧之间的距离来确定。CTOA的测定是通过高速摄影技术,建立裂尖裂纹断面与自由表面的三维关系模型。实验和研究证明,CTOA可用于模拟天然气管道裂纹起始、扩展及止裂的全过程,从而大大降低天然气管道断裂的研究成本,因而在评定管线钢延性断裂的过程中具有非常重要的作用。

Abstract:CTOA is a important parameter to predict the direction of crack enlonged and proventing crack,also is the research focus point in updated natural gas industry.Nowadays CTOA is defined based on the results of test and inspection,commonly determined with the distance between the crack both sides specially space to the top of momentary crack.CTOA is measured with the built three dimension function model of crack profile of the crack top and free profile through the high-speed photo technology.The tests and researches proves that CTOA can be used to simulated the full process of crack starting,crack enlongation and crack stop in natural gas pipeline,so CTOA is very important to value the enlongation failure of pipeline steel.This way can greatly reduce the research cost of natural gas pipeline failure.
