摘    要:介绍了压力控制变量泵的特点,提出了基于排量控制的数字压力控制原理,并以比例排量控制径向柱塞泵为研究对象,建立了仿真模型,并进行了仿真研究和试验研究。研究结果表明,该方案简单易行,具有较好的工程应用价值,对数字控制变量泵有着较好的借鉴意义。

Abstract:In this paper,the features of press control on variable displacement pump are introduced, and the principle of digital pressure control based on delivery capacity control is proposed. The simulation model of radial piston pump using proportional displacement control is established, then both the simulation and ex- periment research are done. Results show that the project raised here is simple and easy to perform, which means it has better value in engineering application and could be a use for reference in digital control on variable displacement pump.
