摘    要:导师制是充分发挥学生个性的一种教育管理手段,有利于对学生加强思想政治教育,有助于培养学生的能力、提高学生素质.本文主要探讨了在本科生中实施导师制的必要性和优越性,也对实施中的不足进行了研究,提出了自己的见解.

Abstract:Tutorial system for undergraduates is an efficient management pattern for personnel training in the institution of higher learning. With the tutorial system , the whole faculty in colleges and universities will be able to take part in the personnel training . The students' comprehensive quality and ability to work creatively will be considerably improved. The tutorial system for undergraduates contributes to the ideological education of students. The article studied the merits and demerits of the system and put forward its views.
