| Abstract: | Tutorial system for undergraduates is an efficient management pattern for personnel training in the institution of higher learning. With the tutorial system , the whole faculty in colleges and universities will be able to take part in the personnel training . The students' comprehensive quality and ability to work creatively will be considerably improved. The tutorial system for undergraduates contributes to the ideological education of students. The article studied the merits and demerits of the system and put forward its views. |
