祛痹口服液药效研究

目的　祛痹口服液能显著影响大鼠的胸腺、脾脏、肾上腺以及小鼠腹腔毛细血管的通透性 ,为此对抗炎消肿有一定的作用。方法　具有一定重量的大鼠、小鼠注射佐剂使其产生疼痛、肿胀、发炎、毛细血管通透性增加。结果　灌胃给予祛痹口服液后 ,可降低疼痛、消炎、消肿、降低毛细血管的通透性。结论　祛痹口服液具有一定的镇痛、消炎、降低毛细血管通透性的作用。

Curative Effect Study on Qupi Oral Liquid

Objective To discuss the affection of Qupi oral liquid (QOL) to permeability of capillary of rat thymus, spleen, adrenal gland and abdomen and the inflammatory action of QOL. Methods The rat was injected adjuvant to cause pain, swell and inflammation and take QOL to observe the effect. Results The QOL could relieve the pain, swell and inflammation and decrease the permeability of capillary. Conclusion The QOL might be have the action of analgesia, anti inflammation and decrease the permeability of capillary.
