文丘里管与自力式调压器的联结方式与鼓风压力的关系

摘    要:提出了计算式并计算了由文丘里管与自力式调压器组成的煤气空气预混合燃烧系统的鼓风压力,对于性能相同的混合器与调压器,不同的联结方式需要不同的鼓风压力,零压方式所需的鼓风压力要比等压方式多43%~115%,为减小动力消耗,应选用可能得到的最高调压器出口压力的联结方式。

Abstract:This paper introduced formulas and computed the required blower pressure for the gas-air premixed combustion system composed of Venturi and self operated regulator.Different blow pressure is required for distinct connecting type of the same performance Venturi' and self operated regulator.The required blower pressure for the zero governor type is 43%~115% higher than that for the iso-pressure type.To save power the best connecting type should be chosen which might obtain the highest gas pressure at the self operated regulator outlet.
