摘    要:目的:比较传统砂锅和煎药机煎煮八珍益母汤对芍药苷和阿魏酸含量的影响。方法:采用传统砂锅和煎药机煎煮制备八珍益母汤,反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)法测定煎液中芍药苷和阿魏酸的含量。色谱条件:Imtakt C18反相色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸(14∶86,ν/ν)溶液;流速为1.0 m L·min-1;检测波长为芍药苷230 nm,阿魏酸322 nm;柱温为25℃。结果:芍药苷在传统砂锅煎液中含量略高于煎药机煎液;阿魏酸在两种煎液中含量相近。结论:传统砂锅煎煮与煎药机煎煮八珍益母汤剂中主要有效成分含量差异不明显。
