摘    要:研究了冷塑性变形对Al-Li二元合金时效行为的影响。结果表明,随变形量增大,显微硬度提高,锂含量高的合金具有较强的冷作硬化能力;冷变形后,时效动力学曲线上出现了硬度双峰现象,第一硬度峰由高密度位错与细小的δ′交互作用引起,而δ′相的弥散析出强化是第二硬度峰出现的主要原因;冷拔后自然时效对Al-Li合金不敏感。

EFFECT OF COLD DEFORMATION ON AGEING BEHAVIOUR OF Al-Li ALLOYS
Abstract:In this paper, effect of cold drawing deformation on ageing behaviour of Al-Li alloys has been studied by means of the measurement of hardness and TEM, and etc. It is concluded that microhardness is increased with the incrsement of deformation amount and the higher content of Li in Al-Li alloy is, the stronger cold working ability is. There are double hardness peak in age-hardened dynamic curve of Al-Li alloys which underwent different cold drawing deformation. The first peak is attributed to interaction between high density dislocation and dispersed δ′ phase and the reason for the second peak is precipitation hardening of δ′ orderd phase. And Al-Li alloy is insensitive to natural ageing after cold drawing deformation.
