PVC树脂干燥系统的改进

摘    要:通过比较PVC生产中旋风干燥和旋流干燥两种PVC浆料干燥工艺,指出旋风干燥工艺具有设备少、易操作的优点,并介绍了干燥系统中旋振筛、空气加热器等设备的改进情况.

Abstract:Through comparing two kinds of drying technologies,i.e.whirlwind drying and rotational flow drying,for PVC slurry,it ws indicated that whirlwind drying technology had characteristics of less equipment and easy operation.Improvements made on equipment in the drying system,such as vibration sieves and air heaters,were also introduced.
