| 摘 要： | 目的探讨医源性十二指肠损伤的原因及诊治方法。方法对2001-2009年收治的24例医源性十二指肠损伤病例资料进行回顾性分析。结果24例中,经空肠营养管行肠内营养支持治疗18例（其中二次手术9例）均治愈,患者放弃治疗2例,死亡4例。结论医源性十二指肠的损伤以预防为主,及时充分的腹腔引流、十二指肠减压,合理的抗感染措施,切实有效的营养支持治疗是其治愈的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the reasons,prevention and treatment of iatrogenic duodenal injury.Methods The clinical data of 24 patients with iatrogenic duodenal injury from 2001 to 2009 were retrospectively reviewed.Results Among 24 cases,18 cases were treated by nutritional support through jejunal nutrient canal and fully recovered,9 of them were accepted second operation,2 cases gave up treatment,4 cases died.Conclusion It is important to prevent iatrogenic duodenal injury.The keys to treat iatrogenic duodenal injury are effective intraperitoneal drainage,duodenal decompression,reasonable anti-infection and plenitudinous nutritional support. |
