论痰湿在新冠肺炎发病中的作用及对策

中医将本次新冠肺炎疫情归于"寒湿疫""湿毒疫"范畴。通过审三因,辨源头,以及尸检报告结果证实,本病起源于湿,痰湿贯穿于本病的始终,以致成为死亡的原因。本病应抓住高热、多痰这两个主症,明确主症的转化与演变,实施精准治疗。治疗中,应以治痰为中心,根据内脏损伤的不同表现,采取五脏化湿祛痰法,还要结合寒痰、热痰、燥痰的不同演变,分别采用温化寒痰、清化热痰、润燥化痰等方法辨证施治。护理措施应结合体表定位振动排痰与膨肺吸痰方法。中西结合,化痰、祛痰、排痰,有效缓解痰湿阻肺症状,方能转危为安。

Discussion about the role and the countermeasure of phlegm dampness in thepathogenesis of COVID-19

From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine,COVID-19 falls into the category of“pestilence due to colddampness”and“pestilence due to toxic dampness”.The examination of three categories of disease causes and identification the sources,and the the autopsy reports all confirmed that this disease originated from dampness,and phlegm-dampness run throughout the disease from beginning to end,even be as the cause of death.This disease should grasp two prime symptoms of high fever and profuse phlegmy,and clarified the transformation and evolution of the prime symptoms,to implement precision therapy.During the treatment of COVID-19,the treatment of the phlegm should be the center.According to the different expression of visceral injury,the method of resolving dampness and phlegm could be adopted.Meanwhile,it is also necessary to combine the different evolution of cold phlegm,heat phlegm and dry phlegm,and adopt the methods of resolving cold-phlegm with herbs warm in property,clearing heat and phlegm and moistening and resolving phlegm and so on.Nursing measures should be combined with some methods of body surface location vibration sputum drainage and lung swelling sputum suction.In brief,if we hope to relieve the phlegm dampness of obstruction of lung symptoms effectively,we should adopted to resolve,eliminate,and exhaust phlegm through combining the traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.
