| 摘 要： | 近年来我国的食品卫生安全状况不容乐观,各类食物中毒事件频频发生,凸显出我国食品卫生安全法律存在的诸多问题.这些问题的彻底解决,在很大程度上有赖于体系化的食品卫生安全法律制度的建构.本文在对我国现行食品卫生安全法律进行客观分析的基础上,结合西方发达国家的有益经验,就我国食品卫生安全法律体系的完善,提出了相应的建议.

| Abstract: | The safe state of food hygiene in our country allows of no optimist in recent years,all kinds of food poisoning happens again and again,which shows a great deal of problems that the safe law of food hygiene of our country exists . Settlement of these problems depends on food hygiene, safe legal institution of system being build and constructed to a great extent. This paper, on the basis of the thing that analyses objectively to the safe law of our country's current food hygiene ,combining the beneficial experience of the western developed country ,to the perfection of the safe legal system of food hygiene of our country,has put forward the corresponding suggestion. |
