| 摘 要： | 西洋参茎叶皂甙50和100mg·kg~(-1)能明显降低阿霉素诱导的大鼠全血和心肌组织中丙二醛含量,保护超氧化物歧化酶及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性。表明西洋参茎叶皂甙有抗氧化作用。

| Abstract: | The present experiments were designed to investigate antioxidative effect of Panax quinquefolium saponin(PQS)on the myocardium injury induced by doxorubicin(Dox)in rats.Fifty Wistar rats weighing 200 ±s 20 g were randomly divided into 5 groups.All the rats were fed on basic ration.The group 1 was only given physiological saline.The group 2 was given ip Dox 4.5mg·kg-1·d-1×2 d.The groups 3 and 4 were given ip PQS 50 and 100 mg·kg-1·d-1×3 d respectively before giving Dox.The group 5 was given Vit E 2.5 g·kg-1 ip before Dox administration.The results suggest that the activities of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)and superoxidedismutase(SOD)are significantly decreased.Malondialdehyde(MDA)is apparently increased in the group 2 compared with the group 1.The activities of GSH-Px and SOD are evidently higher and MDA is significantly lower in the groups 3,4 and 5 than in the group 2.It can be concluded that PQS has an antioxidation action.This action may related to the increase of the GSH-Px and SOD activities. |
