基于优化顶空取气法的变压器油自动脱气装置研制

摘    要:通过对绝缘油色谱分析所有传统脱气方式的综合分析,从理论和实践两个方面介绍了一种基于顶空取气方式的新型脱气技术及其装置,该脱气装置在保留传统机械振荡法方式的优点的同时,通过配置外置的取气和进样装置,和单独的色谱仪连接实现从脱气到进样的全自动化操作。整机采用智能化控制系统,可以完成对油样定位进行精确控制,且加热、温控、定时振荡、延时报警均由微机自动控制。为保证设备实用性和准确性满足相关标准的要求,对温控精度、温控准确性、油样准确性方面分别进行了试验验证,证明系统能够满足设计要求。该装置的研制成功,将对绝缘油色谱分析向自动化领域发展,起到非常积极的推动作用,具有很好的推广价值。

Abstract:After the comprehensive analysis of the traditional degassing methods of analysis for insulating oil chromatographic, a novel automatic degassing device based on headspace bottle withdraw was introduced from both the theoretical and practical aspects. The device was equipped with pumping and injection part, and it could be connected to chromatographic instrument. The device not only retained the advantages of traditional mechanical vibration method, but could complete the process of degassing and sample injection automatically. The device can get the position of the oil sample accurately under the help of intelligent control system. Microcomputer will control the process of heating, temperature control, timed oscillation and delayed alarm automatically. In order to ensure the practicability and accuracy of this equipment, a series of experiments was carried out to verify the temperature precision and accuracy, and oil sample accuracy. The experiment results indicate that the properties of equipment can meet the design requirements. The development of this device is of popularization value, which will play a positive role in promoting the automatic analysis of insulating oil chromatography.
