不同无性系杨树叶片的超氧物歧化酶_SOD_同工酶谱比较研究

摘    要:本文对不同无性系杨树叶片的超氧物歧化酶(SOD)同工酶谱进行了比较研究,实验结果表明:不同无性系杨树叶片SOD同工酶谱都具有较小迁移率的S带、中等迁移率的M带和较大迁移率的F带;S带为Mn-SOD,M带和F带为Cu、Zn-SOD.各无性系SOD同工酶谱都具有1条S带和1条M带,F带数目在各无性系存在差异;青杨和黑杨的F带为3条,白杨的F带为6条,亲缘关系较近的青杨和黑杨SOD同工酶谱较为相似,而与它们亲缘关系较远的白杨SOD同工酶谱存在较大差异,SOD同工酶谱分析可应用于杨属植物的分组、无性系及亲缘关系的鉴定。

Abstract:This paper is a comparative study on superoxide dismutase(SOD)isoenzymes zymogram in leavesof different Poplar clones.Results are as follows: all poplar clones measured in this experimenthad 1 band of slowest mobility(S band), 1 band of medium mobility(M band)and 3 or 6 bandsof fastest mobility(F band).5 band was proved to be Mn-SOD, while the others(M and F bands)were Cu , Zn-SOD. SOD isoenzymes zymogram of Poplar clone was the same at differ-ent growth stages. In spite of slight changes in activity of poplar,there were a great similarity inthe same section of poplar. Different sections of Poplar clones had different numbers of F bandsin SOD isoenzymes zymogram. Aigeiros and Tacamachaca,which have a lose inheritable relation-ship, contain 3 F bands, while Populus has 6 F bands. SOD isoenzymes zymogram in differentPoplar clones,having inheritable particularity of species,can be used to classify Poplar clones andidentify their inheritable relationships.
