摘    要:针对八辊五机架全连续冷连轧机在轧制过程中的特点,在综合考虑了轧机产量和产品质量的前提下,用多目标优化问题的求解方法对多辊冷连轧机的轧制策略进行优化,确定各机架的负荷和待轧带钢的目标厚度,并开发了河北中钢1 250 mm八辊五机架全连续冷连轧机的负荷分配计算程序。通过现场实例证明,该方法精度高、速度快,可满足在线控制需求,是一种适合多辊全连续冷连轧机的负荷分配方法。

Abstract:Based on rolling feature of 8-high 5-stand continuous tandem cold rolling mill and considered both output of the rolling mill and product quality, a method for solving multi-objective optimization was used to optimize rolling strategy of multi-roll tandem cold mill and to obtain load for each stand and target thickness of waiting rolled strip.The load distribution calculation procedure for Hebei Zhonggang 1 250 mm 8-high 5-stand continuous tandem cold mill was developed.The practical application shows that accuracy and speed of the procedure can meet the requirement of on-line process control,and it is suitable for multi-roll tandem cold mill.
