摘    要:构造了两种适用于高速重载工况下的凸轮运动曲线,根据凸轮机构通用多项式运动规律应用微分计算构建了7次项运动规律曲线;用微分和积分计算对凸轮机构的修正梯形加速度运动规律曲线和变形加速度规律曲线进行了构建;并分析了所构建凸轮曲线的动力特性,该曲线满足加速度连续和跃度连续的凸轮机构运动规律,可推广应用于高速运动的凸轮机构中。

Abstract:This article covers the construction of two cam moving curves under high speed conditions and heavy load conditions. The constructions of seventh-term motion curve based on commonly-used polynomial motion of cam mechanism by use of numerical differentiation and of modified trapezoidal acceleration motion curve and deformation, acceleration curve for cam mechanism by use of numerical integration are made. Meanwhile, the dynamic property of constructed cain curve is analyzed and it conforms to acceleration-continuous and jerk-continuous cam mechanism motion which can be made more widespread application in cam mechanism in high speed.
