EZH2和PCNA在食管癌中的表达及临床意义

摘    要:目的探讨食管癌组织中PCNA和EZH2的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化染色SP法,检测50例食管癌组织、20例癌旁组织和20例正常黏膜组织标本中EZH2和PCNA的表达。结果 50例食管癌组织、20例癌旁组织和20例正常黏膜组织标本中EZH2的阳性表达率分别为76%、45%和10%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),PCNA的阳性表达率分别为70%、40%和5%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。同时两者的表达呈正相关(P〈0.05)。结论 EZH2和PCNA可能均参与了食管癌的发生、发展过程,并可能作为监测肿瘤恶性程度和判断预后的指标。

Expressions and clinical significance of EZH2 and PCNA in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma

Abstract:Objective To investigate the abnormal expressions and the biopathological significances of EZH2 and PCNA in the tissues of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.Methods The expression of EZH2 and PCNA was observed by strept-avidin peroxidase(SP) immunohistochemical method,and the correlation between them and different clinical pathological features were analyzed in 50 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,20 cases of adjacent esophageal mucosa and 20 cases of normal esophageal tissues.Results The positive expression rates of EZH2 in 50 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,20 cases of adjacent esophageal mucosa and 20 cases of normal esophageal tissues were 76%,45% and 10% respectively,and there were significant differences among them(P<0.05).The positive expression rates of PCNA in 50 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,20 cases of adjacent esophageal mucosa and 20 cases of normal esophageal tissues were 70%,40% and 5% respectively,and there were significant differences among them(P<0.05).Conclusion EZH2 and PCNA can serve as an important index in the invasiveness and metastasis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,which may be used as valuable molecular markers to evaluate the malignant extent and the prognosis of patients.
