热重模拟蒸馏在重油馏程分析中的应用

摘    要:采用热重分析仪,建立了一种热重模拟蒸馏分析高温煤焦油中组分沸点分布的方法。选取萘、2-甲基萘、联苯、芴、菲、荧蒽和芘为高温煤焦油中的代表组分,用甲苯配成溶液进行热重实验,将热重曲线的最大失重速率点所对应的温度作为该组分的热重表观沸点。将真实沸点与热重表观沸点之间的对应关系进行回归时发现,真实沸点与热重表观沸点呈线性关系。升温速率和组分含量对该线性关系影响的考察结果表明,组分含量的影响可忽略;升温速率越慢,真实沸点与热重表观沸点的线性关系越好。所建立的真实沸点与热重表观沸点的线性关系可用于确定高温煤焦油或石油渣油的馏程,该方法具有简便、精度高的优点。
