摘    要:介绍了某石化公司科技项目锌铝共渗防腐蚀技术的特点,并通过对换热器管束在不同生产装置近十年的使用效果进行分析,认为在炼油装置应用锌铝共渗防腐技术是最佳选择。

Abstract:The characteristics of Zn-Al-Rare Earth diffusion corrosion protection technology applied in the project of a petrochemical company are described.The ten years commercial operation of Zn-Al-rare earth diffused heat exchanger tubes in different process units and operation performance are analyzed.It is concluded that the application of Zn-Al-rare earth diffusion corrosion protection technology is the best selection for refinery process units.
