硒催化CO/H2O体系下常压还原合成3-硝基-5-氨基-2,4,6-三甲基苯磺酸的研究

摘    要:以硒为催化剂、CO为还原剂、水为氢源、无机弱碱为助催化剂、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)作溶剂,常压下将3,5-二硝基-2,4,6-三甲基苯磺酸还原为3-硝基-5-氨基-2,4,6-三甲基苯磺酸。最优反应条件为:3,5-二硝基-2,4,6-三甲基苯磺酸1. 45 g (5 mmol),无水醋酸钠0. 492 g (6 mmol),DMF 30 m L,水3 m L,在95℃下回流反应5h。产物纯度可达87. 92%。

Abstract:Selenium as a catalyst,carbon monoxide as a reducing agent,water as a hydrogen source,inorganic weak base as a cocatalyst,DMF as a solvent,3,5-dinitro-2,4,6-trimethylbenzene sulfonic acid was synthesized into 3-nitro-5-amino-2,4,6-trimethylbenzene sulfonic acid.The optimal reaction conditions as follows:3,5-dinitro-2,4,6-trimethylbenzenesulfonic acid 1.45 g(5 mmol),anhydrous sodium acetate 0.492 g(6 mmol),DMF 30 mL,water 3 mL,reflux reaction at 95℃ for 5 h.The highest purity of product can reach 87.92%.
