土地整理综合效益评价——以重庆市石柱县土地开发整理项目为例

运用层次分析法,从经济、社会、生态、景观4方面对石柱县3个土地整理项目的综合效益进行评价,结果表明,当前的土地整理重经济效益轻生态、景观效益;重田间道路、农田水利工程,轻土地平整工程;重耕地面积的增加,轻耕地质量的提高。

Evaluation on Comprehensive Benefit of Land Consolidation

By using analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the comprehensive benefits on 3 subjects of land consolidation were evaluated from four aspects of economic,society,ecology and landscape.It was found that more attentions were paid to the economic benefits than to ecological benefits and landscape benefits,more attentions were paid to the field road construction and farmland water conservancy project than to the land leveling project and more attentions were paid to increment of cultivated area than to the increase of cultivated land quality in current land consolidation.
