不同产地黄芩中黄芩苷的含量分析

目的：对不同产地黄芩中黄芩苷含量进行比较。方法：运用高效液相色谱法，ODS2C18柱，流动相为甲醇-水-磷酸（47：53：0．2），柱温为25℃，流速1ml·min^-1，检测波长为280nm。结果：黄芩苷在5-60μg／ml呈良好线性关系，r=0．9999。平均回收率为98．7％，RSD=4．5％（n=5）。不同产地黄芩饮片中黄芩苷的含量在8．9-15．8％之间，以河北黄芩中的黄芩苷含量最高。结论：不同产地的黄芩中黄芩苷的含量存在一定的差异，，临床用药应可根据不同产地调整药物剂量。

objective：To analyze the quantity of Baicalin in Radix scutellariae from different areas. Methods：Chromatographic conditions were as follows： ODS2 C18 column was used, the mobile phase was a mixed liquid with methol-H2O-H3PO4（47 ： 53 ： 0.2）, The column temperature was 25℃, The flow rate was 1 ml？min^-1 and the detection wavelength was at 280nm. Resuhs：The method was proved to be linear in the range of 5-60μg/ml with a regression coefficient of 0.9999. The average recovery was 98.7%, RSD = 4.5%（n=5）. The contents of Baicalin in Radix scutellariae from different areas were between 8.9-15.8%%. The highest content was from Heibei. Conclusion： Baicalin in radix scutellariae from different areas are different, and It is necessary to adjust the dose by different clinic disease.
