MRI在出血性脑梗塞诊断中的价值

摘    要:目的:探讨出血性脑梗塞的MRI表现特点。方法:本组26例。男18例,女8例。年龄42岁~81岁,平均61.5岁。常规扫描包括矢状位T1WI,横切位T1及T2WI,7例同时做MRI增强扫描。结果:梗塞区具有长T1长T2信号特点,出血以T1WI观察最佳。16例出血仅累及皮层者,于脑梗塞边缘在T1WI呈线状、脑回状或波浪状高信号强度。7例累及皮层下,3例累及皮层和白质。梗塞区域呈三角形、扇形或片状,T1WI呈较低信号,T2WI呈高信号强度,7例增强MRI见6例强化,其中4例脑回样强化。2例不规则斑片状强化。结论:MRI是出血性脑梗塞最佳的检查方法之一,及早地检查有利于患者的进一步治疗。

Abstract:Objective: To assess the MRI manifestations of hemorrhagic infarction. Methods:There were 26 cases of patients with hemorrhgic cerebral,male 18 and female 8,the age ranged from 42 to 81 years old(average aged 61.5 years).Routine MRI was sagittal T 1WI, transverse T 1?T 2WI. 7 cases were performed enhanced MRI scan.Results:Infarction areas showed a the characteristic of long T 1 and long T 2 signal intensity hemorrhage,and the best show was on T 1WI. There were the 16 cases whose hemorrhage only involved cortex, which shape was like string?gyrus or wave, located at the edge of infarction and showed a high signal intenity.There ware seven cases involved the subcortex,and three cases involved the coith cortex an white matter.The area of infarction manifested the shape like triangle?sector or sheet and showed low signal intensity on T 1WI and high signal on T 2WI.MRI enhancement was found in six cases,which was showed syrus-lide enhancement in four cases,and irregular enhncement in two cases.Conclusions:MRI is one of the best examine methods of hemorrhagic infarction. Early MRI examination can help to guide further treatment.
