UGNX4模具设计中抽取区域的研究

摘    要:通过对UGNX4模具设计中分型原理的分析,发现抽取区域的设置是影响分型成功的关键。探讨了常用的MPV区域抽取和边界区域抽取,并掌握其关键技术,重点阐述了2种抽取方法的前提条件和实现方法。研究发现2种方法各有优点且抽取区域的设置方法不同。

Abstract:Proper setting of extraction region is essential for parting operation under UGNX4 mould design circumstance.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze and study the extraction region methods.In this article,the two typical methods,MPV region extraction and boundary edges region extraction,are investigated and the pre-requisite conditions and operating methods are discussed in detail.In this way,one can master the key technology.It is pointed out that the both methods have their own advantages and different ways of setting.
