基于Pro/E的液压挖掘机工作装置运动仿真

摘    要:工作装置是液压挖掘机的重要组成部分。为研究工作装置在挖掘机整个作业循环时间里的运动情况,运用Pro/E软件的运动仿真模块对挖掘机工作装置进行运动仿真,获得铲斗斗尖部位的速度、加速度、位置与时间的关系,并绘制出铲斗斗尖在整个挖掘作业循环时间里的运动包络曲线。结果表明该方法简单、可靠,为挖掘机整机设计及性能评估提供一定的理论依据。

Abstract:The work device is an important part of a hydraulic excavator. To study the motion process of hydraulic excavator work device in the whole operation cycle time, Pro/E software is used to simulat. It gets the relationship of the velocity, acceleration, location and time of the bucket pointed parts, and draw the motion envelope curve of the bucket pointed parts in the whole operation cycle time. The simulation results show that the method is simple, reliable, and provide certain theoretical basis for the design and performance evaluation of hydraulic excavator.
