| 摘 要： | 现代教育技术的发展深刻而全面地影响了全世界的学校教育，它为教育的进一步发展创造了良好的机遇。从开展网络教学的实际经验出发，以整合的方法论讨论硬件设施、师生关系、课程设计及网络教学评价系统，阐述了构建混合式教学的基本条件。以网络教学平台下的大学英语课程作为研究对象，指出其优势，认为网络教学平台下的混合式学习模式可以帮助学习者实现个性化的学习。

| Abstract: | In this paper, starting from the real practice of online teaching experience, the author discusses the methodology to integrate hardware, teacher-student relationship, course design, online teaching evaluation system, describes the basic conditions for building blended teaching and learning. Taking the English course based on the network teaching platform as the research object, the author points out its advantages and advocates that the blended learning model enables the learners a truly personalized learning. |
