夏热冬暖地区活动外遮阳系数的研究

摘    要:指出现行标准JGJ75—2012《夏热冬暖地区居住建筑节能设计标准》在建筑能耗计算过程中的不足,采用De ST-h软件计算在围护结构窗墙比为0.25~0.45的情况下,改变冬季外窗活动外遮阳系数取值后,建筑全年累计冷热负荷的变化规律。研究表明,在夏热冬暖北区,冬季活动外遮阳系数取值的改变造成的建筑全年累计总冷热负荷指标变化率超过了5%。为了提高能耗计算的准确性,应考虑大窗墙比居住建筑冬季活动外遮阳系数取值的改变。

Abstract:The defects of building energy consumption calculation in the current standard Energy Efficiency Design Standard for Residential Buildings in Hot Summer and Warm Winter Zone (JGJ75-2012) are pointed out.The software DeST-h is utilized to calculate the cumulative annual cooling and heating load of building changes for the different window-wall ratio which ranged from 0.25 to 0.45 and changing the value of movable external shading in winter.The results show that in northern area of hot summer and warm winter, the change rate of total heat and cold load index caused by the change of movable external shading coefficient in winter is more than 5%.In order to improve the accuracy of energy consumption calculation, it is necessary to consider the change of residential buildings'' movable external shading coefficient of the large window-wall ratio in winter.
