新型泡沫混凝土研究及其在屋面中的应用

建筑屋面在建筑外保温中占据着举足轻重的地位,不但是重要的围护结构,而且是节能控制的重点部位。一种新型的泡沫混凝土经过不断发展,具有了良好的保温性能,导热系数相较于传统混凝土有了几何级数的降低,且具有较好的防水效果。结合中国石油大学(华东)学生公寓屋面工程,现场检测证明,应用该新型泡沫混凝土,不但可以达到节能要求,而且具有较好的防水性能,具有较好的经济效益和社会效益。

Application of a New Type of Foam Concrete in the Roof

The thermal insulation of roof,which occupies a pivotal position for building insulation,is not only an important retaining structure,but also the key parts of energy-saving control.A new type of foam concrete shows good thermal insulation through constant development.Its coefficient of thermal conductivity is reduced with the geometric progression compared to traditional concrete,and it shows better waterproof effect.With the student apartment roofing construction,site test proves that the application of the new type of foam concrete can meet the energy requirements with good waterproof performance,good economic and social benefits.
