摘    要:以氯化聚乙烯为骨架材料,研究了矿用电缆橡皮护套配方,对硫化、补强填充、阻燃、老化和稳定体系进行选择,重点对阻燃和抗撕性能进行讨论,确定了该护套橡胶的优化配方。对橡胶护套性能进行了测定,实验结果表明,护套橡胶性能优良。

Abstract:The formulation of sheath rubber for mine is investigated. CPE was used as the base polymer. The sheath compound has been determined after base on curing system, filling reinforcing system, aging and stabilizing had been selected, it emphasized on the flame retardaney and tearing property. The properties of the cable sheath were determined. The results showed that the rubber system was excellent.
