摘    要:介绍了M6发生器支架的结构与成形工艺,为保证零件弯曲成形尺寸精度,采取了既能简化模具结构又能减小零件弯曲回弹的措施,设计了合理的冲压工艺与模具结构,模具在调试合格后能生产出满足设计要求的零件。

Abstract:The progressive die structure and stamping process for a bracket in M6 generator was developed in which the die structure was simplified and the bending spring-back of the part was reduced to guarantee the part's dimensional precision.
