部分充液罐车动力学特性的数值模拟与分析

摘    要:为了保障罐车的运输安全,针对罐车罐体内液体的动力学特性进行了研究.基于欧拉-欧拉多相流模型对罐车在公路制动和转弯过程中罐体内液体的晃动过程进行了数值模拟,通过改进罐车转弯时横向离心力的施加方式,建立了一种更为准确的罐车运动物理模型,同时分析了充液比、刹车速度和转弯半径对罐车罐体运动状态的影响,并提出了一种数值计算方法.模拟结果表明:罐车制动时在行进方向上的受力随充液比的增加非线性增大,随减速度的增大线性增大;罐车转弯时所受的横向稳定转矩随充液比的增加线性增大,随转弯半径的变化非线性变化.所提方法可以计算获得罐车转弯过程中的最小临界转弯半径,这对于保证罐车的安全运行,尤其是装有化学试剂的罐车具有重要的参考价值.
