| 摘 要： | 目的:建立青香乳康颗粒中芍药苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,以Shim-pack VP-ODS柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸(16∶84)为流动相,检测波长为230 nm,流速:1.0 mL/min,柱温:30℃。结果:芍药苷进样量在0.2028-1.014μg范围内与峰面积具有良好线性关系,r=0.9994,芍药苷的平均回收率为99.05%,RSD%=1.56%(n=9)。结论:该方法准确,可靠,操作简便,可用于青香乳康颗粒中芍药苷的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective： To establish a HPLC method for the determination of paeoniflorin in Compound Qingxiang rukang granules. Methods： The separation was performed on the Shim-pack VP-ODS column （4.6 mmxl50 mm,5 ~m） with acetoni- trile-0.1% phosphoric acid （16：84）as the mobile phase, the detection wavelength was at 230 nm. Results： There was good lin- earity between the peak areas and concentrations in the range of 0.2028-1.014 p~g（r=0.99941） for paeoniflorin. The average recovery rates of paeoniflorin were 98.97%, RSD%=2.143%（n=9）. Conclusion： This method is accurate, reliable and simple op- eration; it can be used for the quality control of paeoniflorin. |
