儿童哮喘管理模式的应用

目的探讨儿童哮喘的管理模式。方法对90例哮喘儿童进行为期1年的门诊治疗与管理和家庭治疗与自我管理相结合的研究,强调长期规范治疗并对全部患儿进行了峰流速仪(PEF)值测定。结果经过1年随访,规范治疗组哮喘缓解率及缓解期PEF值均明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论系统的门诊治疗与管理和家庭治疗与自我管理相结合是治疗儿童哮喘的全新医学模式,它可使儿童哮喘得到长期缓解及根本控制。

To explore management models for asthmatic children in primary hospitals

Objective To explore management models for asthmatic children in primary hospitals.Methods A perspective study which lasted for a year was conducted on the outpatient and administration of 120 asthma children in combination with family treatment and self iadministration.Emphasis was laid on long-term regular treatment and the curative effect was appraised by examining the Peak Flow Meter(PEF).(Results) After a follow-up of 1 year.It was found that the remission rate of the regular treatment group was significantly higher than that of irregular-treatment group(P<0.01).It was also shown by the remission of the PEF that the regular-treatment group was significantly higher than that of the irregular-treatment group(P<0.01).Conclusion Systematic outpatient treatment and administration combined with family treatment and self-administration is new way which can makes enable asthma children to acpuire long-tern remission and through control of the disease.
