| 摘 要： | 贵州具有丰富的磷矿石资源，具有相当规模的初级磷化工产品，但仍存在资源利用率不高，资源浪费大，磷化工生产规模偏小、集中度低、产品结构不合理、“三废”综合治理及开发利用不足、工艺技术装备水平落后等因素，严重制约了磷化工产业经济效益的发挥。实现贵州磷化工产业的可持续、健康发展，必须走新型工业化发展道路，合理保护、开采、利用磷资源，提高磷化工产业集中度，长远规划开发中下游产品，延长产业链。
