温针灸养老穴治疗周围性面瘫流泪症临床观察

目的观察温针灸面瘫同侧养老穴对周围性面瘫症状中流泪症的治疗效果。方法 62例周围性面瘫出现流泪症状的患者按随机数字法分为温针灸养老穴组和常规针刺组即常规穴位针刺组各31例,观察两组治疗方法对面瘫流泪症状的改善情况。结果两组治疗方法对面瘫流泪症状均有改善效果,常规穴位针刺组有效率66.7%,温针灸养老穴组有效率93.3%,P0.05,两组有显著的差异。结论温针灸养老穴治疗周围性面瘫流泪症有较好的效果。

Clinical Observation on Warming Needle Moxibustion at Yanglao (SI6) for Peripheral Facial Paralysis with Tears

Objective To observe the clinical effect of warming needle moxibustion at Yanglao ( SI6 ) on peripheral facial paralysis with tears.Method 62 cases of peripheral facial paralysis patients with tear were divided into warming needle moxibustion treatment group of 31 cases and routine acupuncture group of 31 cases.The improvement on the symptoms of facial paralysis was observed .Result Effect of two groups of facial paralysis and symptoms were improved , the the effective rate of the routine acupuncture group and the warming needle moxibustion treatment group was 66.7% and 93.3%, respectively P <0.05, and there was significant difference .Conclusion The warming needle moxibustion at Yanglao (SI6) is an ideal method for peripheral facial paralysis patients with tears .
