甘草泻心汤加减治疗溃疡性结肠炎患者57例

目的探讨甘草泻心汤加减治疗溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的临床疗效及对炎症因子水平的影响。方法选取2013年10月—2016年9月我院114例溃疡性结肠炎患者,根据治疗方案分组,各57例。对照组给予常规西医(柳氮磺吡啶肠溶片)治疗,观察组在此基础上联合甘草泻心汤加减治疗。对比两组治疗前后炎症因子指标肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、IL-17水平,并统计临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果治疗前,两组TNF-α、IL-6、IL-17水平差异无统计学意义(P0.05);经治疗,观察组各炎症因子指标水平均低于对照组,且治疗总有效率为96.49%,高于对照组的84.21%,差异均有统计学意义(均P0.05);观察组不良反应发生率7.02%与对照组5.26%比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论在常规西医治疗基础上,给予UC患者甘草泻心汤加减治疗,临床效果显著,有利于减轻机体炎症反应,具有一定安全性。

Modified Gancao Xiexin Decoction in the Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis for 57 Cases

Objective To investigate the clinical effect and its influence on the level of inflammatory factors of modified Gancao Xiexin decoction in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.Methods 114 cases of ulcerative colitis patients in our hospital from October 2013 to September 2016 were selected, according to treatment plan, and they were divided into groups, with 57 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment of Western medicine (sulfasalazine enteric-coated tablets).The observation group was given modified Gancao Xiexin decoction on this basis.Before and after treatment, the inflammatory factors (TNF-α), (TNF-), interleukin-6 (IL-6), IL-17] levels of the two groups was compared, and the clinical effect and incidence of adverse reactions were analyzed.Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the level of IL-17, IL-6 and TNF-α between the two groups (P>0.05).After treatment, the levels of inflammatory factors in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the total effective rate of treatment group was 96.49% which was higher than 84.21% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group and the control group was 7.02% and 5.26%, respectively, and the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion On the basis of conventional Western medicine treatment, modified Gancao Xiexin decoction in the treatment of ulcerative colitis has obviously clinical effect, which is beneficial to reduce the inflammatory reaction of the body, and has a certain safety.
