多向纤维缠绕复合材料圆筒的研制

摘    要:介绍多向纤维缠绕复合材料圆筒的结构特性及其生产设备,比较了加入轴向纤维前后的复合材料圆筒的性能。结果表明,加入轴向纤维后,多向纤维缠绕复合材料圆筒的轴向性能得到了很大的提高,能够满足工业生产中对高内压及轴向载荷下制品可靠性的要求。

Abstract:The structure characteristics and producing equipment of multidirectional filament wound composite tube are summarized,and the properties of the tube before and after adding axial filament are compared.The results show that the axial properties of the multidirectional filament wound tube are strengthened after incorporating the axial filament.As a result,this tube can meet the need of high pressure and reliability under axial loading in the industry.
