某集装箱制造公司电焊工尘肺高发原因的调查分析

目的了解集装箱制造所产生的职业危害(电焊工尘肺)并查清高发原因。方法采用劳动卫生现场调查方法,对公司电焊工220人进行职业健康体检。结果该公司集装箱制造所致电焊工尘肺患病率为8.6%;Ⅰ、Ⅱ期平均发病工龄为10.2 a和11 a。2000~2004年共监测电焊烟尘48个点,均超过国家标准,平均浓度为25 mg/m3,最高超标12倍。结论作业场所电焊烟尘浓度高,防尘措施薄弱,工人长期处于高浓度下作业是电焊工尘肺高发的主要原因。

Investigation of the Causes for Pneumoconiosis among Electric-welding Workers in a Container Producing Company

Objective] To explore the occupational hazards in the container producing process and clarify the causes for the high morbidity of pneumoconiosis.Methods] Occupational physical examination was carried out among 220 electric welding workers in that company.Results] The morbidity of pneumoconiosis was 8.6%; the working age of the patients in stage I and II of the disease was 10.2 and 11 years respectively.Conclusion] The major causes for the high morbidity of pneumoconiosis in this company include the following factors: high density of welding dust and smoke,weak protection measures and long-term exposure to the bad environment.
