| Abstract: | Karyotypical analysis of 855 cases of genetical counseling have been made by G-banding techniques since 1984.112 cases showed chromosomal abnormalities (13.10%). Among them, 83 cases (74.11%) were with chromosomal numeral abnormalities and 26 cases (23.21%) chromosomal structural abnormalities. The cause of habitual aborti-on male infertility and amenorrhea were also discussed. We suggest that the genetic consultation may be the reliable methods to detect abnormal chromosome. They are imp rtant measures for developing eugenic work in our country. |
