| 摘 要： | 目的研究新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)患儿血清中白细胞介素-8(IL-8)与白细胞介素-10(IL-10)水平的变化,探讨IL-8和IL-10水平变化与HIE之间的关系。方法采用ELISA法测定新生儿血清IL-8与IL-10的水平。HIE组32例,对照组24例。结果HIE治疗前血清中IL-8与IL-10水平明显高于HIE治疗后及对照组,有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。且中度高于轻度、重度高于中度,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。恢复期血清中IL-8和IL-10水平较急性期明显下降,但仍高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论IL-8和IL-10在HIE的发病机制中起一定作用,检测血清中IL-8与IL-10水平变化对判断HIE病情进展、指导临床治疗,有一定的临床意义。
