| 摘 要： | 氨基聚醚改性聚硅氧烷是一类亲水性的有机硅表面活性剂,可以明显降低表面张力,在农药、印染、日用化工等领域具有广泛的应用前景.以钠、烯丙醇聚氧烷基醚,环氧氯丙烷,低含氢硅油和二乙胺为原料,通过硅氢加成和胺化反应,合成目标产物氨基聚醚改性聚硅氧烷.通过优化原料配比、反应温度和反应时间确定了最佳的工艺条件,并对产品结构进行了表征,对其表面张力性能进行了测试. |

| Abstract: | Polyether amino silicone modified polysiloxane was hydrophilic silicone surfactant.It was mostly applied in the field of pesticide industry,textile industry,daily chemical etc.In this paper,the unsaturated epoxy-containing polyether was synthesized by unsaturated polyether macromolecules and 1-chloro-2,3-epoxy propane.It was then reacted with low hydrogen containing silicone oil via hydrosilylation to produce epoxy-containing polyether silicone.In the end,diethylamine was used to open the epoxy bond to get ... |
