微粒化力平脂对老年原发性高血压患者血脂及胰岛素敏感性的影响

目的:探讨老年原发性高血压伴高甘油三酯血症者进行降甘油三酯治疗对其胰岛素抵抗(IR)的影响。方法:76例老年原发性高血压伴高甘油三酯血症者随机分为治疗组(40例)及对照组(36例)。在进行低盐低脂饮食及抗高血压治疗的同时,观察治疗组用微粒化力平脂(0.2g/d)前及12周后血脂、空腹血糖、胰岛素及肝、肾功能的变化。结果:治疗组降脂治疗后甘油三酯下降42%,胆固醇下降18%,低密度脂蛋白胆固醇下降21%,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇上升了23%,胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)显著提高(P<0.05),而对照组血脂水平及ISI无明显改变。结论:老年原发性高血压伴高甘油三酯血症者用微粒化力平脂治疗不仅可降脂,而且可显著改善其胰岛素抵抗。

The Effect of Lipanthyl on Lipid and Insulin Sensitivity in the Patients with Senile Primary Hypertension

Objective:To investigate the effect of lipanthyl(micronized fenofibrate)on lipid in sulin re sis tance in the patients with both senile primary hypertension and hypertriglyceridemia.Method:76senile patients suf fering from both primary hypertension and hypertriglyceridemia were ran domly divided into the treatment group(n=40)(lipanthyl group)and the control group(n=36).The serum lipids,fasting blood-glu cose,insulin levels and functions of the liver and kidney were mea-sured and compared before and12weeks after taking particulate lipanthyl orally.Results:Triglyc-eride,cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol were decreased by42%,18%and21%re-spectively,but the high-den sity lipoprotein cholesterol was increased by23%in the treatment group.The insulin sen sitive index(ISI)was signifi cantly increased(P<0.05).There were no changes of serum lipids level and ISI in the con trol group.Conclusion:The lipanthyl can not only reduce serum lipids,but also sig nificantly improve insulin sensitivity in senile patients with both primary hyperten-sion and hypertriglyceridemia.
