| 摘 要： | 目的：测定蟛蜞菊内酯与大鼠血浆蛋白的结合率。方法：采用平衡透析法模拟蟛蜞菊内酯与大鼠血浆蛋白的结合过程，建立HPLC-UV法测定蟛蜞菊内酯与大鼠血浆蛋白的结合率。结果：在透析24 h后，蟛蜞菊内酯在低（0.62μg·mL-1）、中（3.10μg·mL-1）、高（9.92μg·mL-1）3个质量浓度下与大鼠血浆蛋白的结合率分别为（87.9±2.1）%、（84.7±2.5）%、（83.8±1.9）%。结论：蟛蜞菊内酯与大鼠血浆蛋白有较强的结合作用。
