慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者血清中黏附分子、肿瘤坏死因子和白细胞介素-8的变化

目的　探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病 (COPD)急性加重期和稳定期血清中可溶性细胞间黏附分子 (sICAM - 1)、肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF -α)和白细胞介素 - 8(IL - 8)表达的变化 ,以了解三者在COPD发病中的网络调节关系。方法　采用酶联免疫吸附法 (ELISA)检测 15例COPD患者急性加重期、稳定期的sICAM - 1,TNF -α和IL - 8水平。结果　COPD患者急性加重期血清sICAM- 1水平明显高于稳定期 (P <0 .0 5 )。急性加重期与稳定期血清TNF -α ,IL - 8水平无明显统计学差异 ,治疗前后各分子水平变化之间无明显相关性。结论　COPD患者急性加重期血清sICAM - 1水平的增高 ,反映了疾病过程中sICAM - 1所介导的白细胞黏附活动增加 ,可作为一个新的治疗方向。

Change of sICAM-1,TNF-αand IL-8 in Serum of COPD patients

Objective It is to discuss the changes of soluble in tercellular adhesi on molecule-1 (sICAM-1), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and interleukin-8 (IL- 8) in serum during acute aggravation period and stable period of chronic obstruc tive pulmonary disease (COPD), and to realize the net adjustive relation among t he three that in COPD attack.Methods The levels of sICAM-1, TNF-α and IL-8 in serum of 15 case s duri ng acute aggravation period and stable period of COPD were detected with ELISA.Results The sICAM-1 level in acute aggravation period of COPD was obviously high er than that in stable period (P<0.05). There was no obvious difference at t he T NF-α and IL-8 level between the two periods. There was no obvious relation amon g their levels in the two periods.Conclusion The sICAM-1 level in acute aggravation period of COPD h eightened refl ects the increase of the leucocyte adhesive function induced by sICAM-1 during t he disease course. That may be a new way to treat COPD.
