亚磷酸酯抗氧剂PEPQ及168对LDPE加工性能和热稳定性的影响

摘    要:通过双螺杆5次挤出加工试验,考查了亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂对低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)树脂的加工性能和热稳定性能的影响。结果表明,抗氧剂PEPQ在保持LDPE的熔体流动性能和力学性能上优于抗氧剂168,但对抑制LDPE黄变效果不如抗氧剂168。

Abstract:The effects of phosphite ester antioxidant PEPQ and antioxidant 168 on the processability and thermal stability of low-density polyethylene(LDPE) resin were studied by 5 times twin-screw extrusion tests.The results showed that it is advantageous to the melt flow properties and mechanical properties of LDPE for the antioxidant PEPQ,and the improvement of the antioxidant 168 on inhibition of yellowing of LDPE was superior to the antioxidant PEPQ.
