摘    要:在线监测对燃烧设备要求高,中高温加热用灼烧炉设计温度为800~1000℃,结合执行机构和控制装置,论述该小型在线式灼烧炉的设计原理及结构、电源控制方式,分析其主要功能和特点,通过实验和应用,可实现对可燃物在线精确燃烧,达到实时、准确反映即时燃烧工况,对有效控制燃料含量、提高热效率和节能起到重要作用。

Abstract:In some on-line monitoring device for combustion equipment requirement is high,as with burning heat in high temperature oven,design in temperature between 800℃ and 1000℃,combined with the actuators and control device discusses small online type burning furnace of the design principle and the structure,the power control method,analyzes the main functions and characteristics,and to realize the online accurate fuel combustion,achieve real-time and accurate reflect instant combustion condition,the effective control of the fuel content and to improve the thermal efficiency and energy saving has played an important role.
